The parent form
A few details so Santa can greet your children by name at your family visit. Private to you and Santa.
What the form asks
You fill it in when you book a family visit. It asks for:
- Your name, email and phone number, so Santa can confirm your visit and reach you if something changes.
- How many children are joining, and for each child: their first name, their age, their wish list, and anything Santa should know (a pet's name, something they're proud of this year).
Please don't include
- Last names, home addresses, school names, photos, or anything private you wouldn't want Santa to know.
Only a parent or legal guardian (18 or older) should fill in the form. Children never need to type anything.
Who can see it
- Only you (the parent who filled it in) and Santa. It is kept in our own private system, not in an email inbox.
- It is never shown on a live, never posted, never sold, and never used for promotion or anything other than your visit unless you expressly agree.
- It is deleted 30 days after your visit. If you tick “save for my next visit”, we keep it until you delete it, and never longer than one year after your last visit.
- You can see, change or delete it at any time with the private link in your confirmation, or by emailing Santa.
The full details are in the privacy policy.
